Ingredients
2tspgochujang
4tsp mayonnaise- 8 tsp if you aren't using the kewpie mayo
4 tspkewpie mayonnaise - optional
1/2 clovecrushed garlic - if you want to make gochujang aioli instead
Instructions
Combine the mayo, kewpie mayo if using and gochujang. Stir to combine. Add the garlic if you want to make gochujang aioli. If you do let it sit a bit to mellow.
Notes
Doesn't matter how much you are making. The recipe is 1 part gochujang, 4 parts mayonnaise/kewpie mayo. 1 tsp or 1 cup or 1 gallon. Doesn't matter. Easy.
